Single-estate Turkish extra virgin olive oil from the Aegean region — pressed from Memecik olives grown in our family's grove at Çakırbeyli, Torbalı, on the slopes of Nif Mountain (Nif Dağı). Farmed by our family since 1890.

Picked at the turn — the point where the fruit just begins to colour from green to purple, and phenolic content is at its highest. Robust and green-fruited, with a peppery finish.

One variety, one harvest, one grove. Never blended.

The 1L tin is our everyday kitchen size. Tin blocks light completely, so the oil keeps better than glass.
